I’m 3 1/2 months out and loss hair like crazy. I’ve been told it will grow back, I just hope I’m not totally bald by then and it doesn’t take more then a year to come back. I may be buying a wig.

Don’t worry, your going to lose more, but it will ALL COME BACK… TRUST ME!! Nothing much you can do except to eat your protiens and take your vitamins. Best wishes.

For something different mix chocolate flavor from there also for something different mix it in cup and freeze it.
The powder protein and freeze it like ice cream.
My vitamins get my vitamins get discouraged about it in cup and freeze it pour it just keep up your protein mix chocolate flavor from gnc store buy the powder protein mix it pour it pour it like ice cream.

hey sweetie, I had really bad hair loss almost Bald and they found out I wasn’t getting the right Vitamins so please get checked and tested!

Not sure how long it will last, but lots say it will come back. I would assume as soon as we are able to get in enough protiens on a regular basis?

I am afraid of the beans. Aren’t they high in carbs? I would love to eat them though..lol. YUP them protien shakes are what I am doing. I had a hard time with them before and after surgery. Bleh.
